CalcQuest - Brain Puzzle Game grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning purposes. Players participating in our early access programs are granted specialized licenses as defined in their respective agreements.
Educators and parents may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, UI design, logos, and algorithms—are owned by CalcQuest - Brain Puzzle Game and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
If you create custom puzzles or share other content through our services, you grant CalcQuest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with our community guidelines.
In no event shall CalcQuest, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
